Now what, is the result hitting your expectation? What did you expect?
Do you like the result or is it completely off the track? No matter what the result is, going on a road trip is a great adventure, especially at these times, an escape is a good thing to do.
You want to be independent, want to stop wherever you like to, and stay as long as you want to. Nothing better than getting an RV or Travel Trailer, updating it, and hitting the road. There is no better country to do so than the US or Canada.
So how do you start?
FIRST
First, you rent an RV or Travel Trailer to know what you need, what is a good size trailer for you, and what floor plan feels comfortable. The best option is RV share, they have offices everywhere and they are so easy to deal with.
SECOND
Second, you plan your first road trip. Download some of these awesome Apps to be sure which road to take, and which campground to book.

Decide if you want to buy a new or used RV.
When buying a new RV you expect that everything works and nothing can go wrong for many years, but often this is not the case. Unfortunately, there are a lot of issues with new RVs. Read about lemons and you don’t want to buy an RV anymore.
But therefore I am suggesting buying a slightly used one, making sure everything is in order (get an RV inspector), and making it your own. You will save so much money too. Depreciation starts as soon as you sign the papers.
We bought a used one and so far we had absolutely no issues with our TT.

Did you make a decision?
Did you find the right one for you and your family? Congratulations. Now make it pretty, because most of the older RV or Travel Trailers have a very dark and dated-looking interior. Update it, it is easy if you know what to do.
