Cool Christmas decoration ideas for RV’s and Campers:
Do you have a wall or a door which you can decorate? In my camper I have space on the bathroom door and this is how to decorate it:
Just add LED Christmas String Lights in the shape of a tree onto the door or wall space. Use small nails or pins to fix the lights to the wall. If you want, decorate the string lights with small ornaments or just leave it as is.
This Christmas tree is made out of a garland and string LED lights. Looks stunning and you don’t even need more decoration than this.
Paint a simple Christmas tree on a piece of plywood and you have a nice art work you can decorate your Camper with.
Also, you can decorate this tree with Christmas lights, or hang some ornaments onto the tree. Or cut some stars out and glue them on.
If this wreath is too big, there are smaller ones you can make out of berry branches or thyme. Just be creative and see what you can find out in nature. Add some battery operated candles and small ornaments and you have cute decoration on limited space.
Or if space is really tight, why don’t you just decorate your windows with pretty lights and stars. Here are some examples:
I love decorating glass ornaments. You can be very creative and use whatever you find around the house and garden.
Buy regular ornaments, carefully take the hanging head off and fill it with:
- sand or moss
- leaves (I used mint and oregano leaves)
- little decors you like and will fit through the opening
Put the hanging head back on, add a ribbon and hang it into your window, your fireplace mantel or of course on your tree. Looks stunning.

Get into Holiday spirit by just adding some simple decorating ideas:
What about some Christmas inspired pillows? Or a pretty throw for your bed or sofa? And of course candles, lots of candles.
Candles create atmosphere
Of course candles make an RV really cozy. But for safety, use battery operated candles. Just to be safe.
Ready for Christmas?
Even in the smallest spaces you can create a cozy atmosphere and get ready for Christmas.
If you think there is no Christmas without a tree then just use a small one. You don’t need to set up a huge Christmas tree, you can also use a small table tree to get inspired.
Or you just get a big tree and set it up outside. Everything is possible.
So I hope I gave you some ideas how to decorate your Camper and feel cozy and warm.
I wish you Happy Holidays and hope to see you in one of the Campgrounds in January, when I travel to the West Coast in my little travel trailer.
Love from Conny
