Tip 1 of the best Christmas presents ever:
I just made this table center piece out of 4 tiles from Lowes and I am totally in love with it.
This centerpiece is so easy to make yourself.
- I used a wooden board which I sanded around the edges first,
- then painted it in a dark blue,
- after the paint was dry I glued the four tiles with a heavy double sided tape on it.
And done. I think it looks pretty good.
You can use it also as a base for a bigger plant, a cutting board in the kitchen or any other decorating idea you may have for it.
Tip 2 of the best Christmas presents ever:

Go to Ikea and buy a white Lack table for $ 8,99 and pimp it up with black and white tiles.
Just use double adhesive tape to stick it on. Each tile cost $ 1,99 at Lowes or Home Depot and look how cute the table looks now. It makes a perfect gift for a student, your almost adult teenager or a crafty friend, who needs more table space.
